Dear Room 2 Families,
WOW! It has been another busy and fun week in
kindergarten! I am truly enjoying
teaching this group of students. They
are enthusiastic about learning!
We
celebrated two birthdays this week.
Happy birthday to Ariannna and to Ayden!
We all had
a terrific time at Chapin Orchard this week.
Thank you to all of our amazing chaperones who joined us for our field
trip. We hope you had as much fun as we
did!
The three
kindergarten classes will be traveling to the Flynn Theatre on Tuesday, November 29th for
the 9:30 AM production of Peter Rabbit Tales. We will leave Chamberlin around 9:00 and
should return in time for lunch at 11:00.
We have a few extra tickets for family chaperones. The cost of a chaperone ticket is $8.50.
You can pay with cash or with a check made payable to the Chamberlin
PTO. Student tickets are paid for by our
fabulous Chamberlin PTO. We thank them
for their generosity and support! If you
would like to join us for this field trip, please let me know as soon as
possible so I can hold a ticket for you.
We will also attend another performance at the Flynn Theatre in the
spring so there will be another opportunity for you to join us!

The Chamberlin School annual Open House will be held
THURSDAY (not Wednesday as I mentioned last week!), October 13th. We are looking forward to sharing our
classroom and school with you and hope you can make it! J

Library
books are due by Friday. Please help
your child remember to return his/her book each week.
Ø
We
have P.E. on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please be
sure your child has sneakers at school on these days. Thank you!
