Hibernation Day!

Today was Hibernation Day in kindergarten!  Our classroom was transformed into a wintry forest with caves, logs, and burrows.  We had ladybugs, bears, snakes, bats, snakes and frogs hibernating.  After the long winter, all of the animals woke up and searched for some food.  Once they found some food, they visited each other's homes.  It was a fantastic afternoon!

January Farm to School lesson

We had our Farm to School lesson this afternoon.  Today we made a sweet potato and black bean salad.
